These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rr88 platform and all its services. By accessing the rr88 website or using any service, you are considered to have given your full agreement to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. Here, "you" or "user" refers to any person who uses the rr88 platform. "rr88", "we" or "platform" refers to rr88's services and related operations.

In addition to these Terms, rr88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply to your use. Together, these documents form the complete legal agreement.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register with rr88 and use its services, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. rr88 may request necessary information and documents to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full legal name
• Valid email address
• Correct date of birth
• Bangladeshi mobile number (for payment verification)

rr88 reserves the right to immediately cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Verification Process

rr88 may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify the rr88 support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all transactions and bets made from your account.

rr88 takes reasonable security measures but will not be held responsible for security breaches resulting from user negligence.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at rr88 is ৳300. This limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).

Deposits must come from your own account. Deposits from mobile banking or bank accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal. Withdrawals may be put on hold if identity has not been verified or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on rr88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before a bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Each user may benefit from each promotion a maximum of one time.
• If bonus abuse is proven, rr88 may cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only; applications from existing accounts will not be accepted.

5.4 VIP Program

rr88's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Regular play leads to promotion to higher tiers and weekly cashback benefits. rr88 may change the program's terms at any time at its discretion.

6.1 General Rules

All bets and gaming decisions on rr88 are considered final. In the case of incomplete bets due to technical errors or network issues, rr88's decision is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the market rules are listed next to each event. If a result is disputed, rr88 will follow the ruling of the relevant authority. Bets on cancelled or abandoned events are generally considered void.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by the software of designated game providers. Fair play is ensured using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game results cannot be altered in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr88 platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Operating an account using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method
• Unauthorized use or copying of rr88's intellectual property

If any of the above activities are involved, rr88 reserves the right to immediately close the account and take legal action.

8.1 Suspension by rr88

rr88 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct
• Providing false identity or information
• As a precautionary measure during an investigation into a potential violation

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. If pending bonus wagering requirements are not met before account closure, those bonuses will be cancelled. However, deposited funds (free of wagering) will be returned.

The logo, design, content, software, and all materials on the rr88 platform are owned by rr88 or used under an authorized license.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any materials for commercial purposes without rr88's prior written consent. A limited license is granted for personal and non-commercial use, which may be revoked at any time.

rr88 strives to provide the most uninterrupted service possible, but will not accept responsibility in the following situations:

• Internet connection issues or errors related to the user's device
• Transaction delays by third-party payment gateways or banks
• Unexpected technical issues or server outages
• Financial losses arising from user negligence or error
• Errors in third-party game software — in such cases, the relevant game provider's terms apply

rr88's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

rr88 is willing to resolve any dispute through discussion. A resolution should first be attempted through direct contact. If a settlement cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may by mutual agreement appoint a neutral mediator.

13.3 Limitations

If a complaint is not raised within 3 months of the date of the incident, the claim may be considered void.

rr88 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. If changes are made, a notice will be posted on the website and, where possible, communicated by email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.

The most recently effective terms and conditions will always be available on this page. Older versions will be automatically discontinued.
